Human Trafficking Protocols

REACH has created the Regional Human Trafficking Protocols to provide clear understanding of human trafficking, resources available, and services provided in Northern Ohio. The protocols are endorsed by the REACH and the University of Toledo's Human Trafficking and Social Justice Institute. They are intended for social services, health care, law enforcement, the general public, and any other relevant agencies or individuals involved in responding to human trafficking.
